FaceTracker version 0.8 (December 2007) uses the whole visible spectrum. Pupil centers (green crosses in demo video clips) are estimated from tracking the limbus, not the pupil. The LEDs on the camera must be switched on, because the program needs to track the cornea reflex (red crosses in demo video clips).
